Marble, Travertine, Granite, Limestone, Onyx and most natural stone products are natural origin and will have variations in color, no two pieces are exactly alike, pictures and sample furnished represent only the general coloration and structure of a particular type of Natural Stone. Up to 5% of tile and 10% of pavers could have breakage during in transit and should be accepted as normal due to nature & veining of the item. Marble Florida recommends using any broken pieces for cuts during installation process this way you don’t have to cut from full pieces of the stone. All sales are final and as is. No broken damaged materials are accepted as returns, unless shipment arranged by Marble Florida and there is a damage or short-shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to indicate this by writing DAMAGE or SHORT on delivery receipt(Bill of Lading), failure to do so may void any claims. No signature required at jobsite or business delivery if driver is not met at the time of delivery. Marble Florida is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen products after it is delivered .Please inspect the material prior to installation to check the color, veining, thickness, sizing and finish and prepare any blending required to meet Buyers approval prior to installation.Absolutly no return of materials after cut or worked on or for material not in original packaging or condition. Marble Florida is not liable any consequential damages after installation of the product.

CUSTOM MADE or SPECIAL ORDERS are final sales and no return will be accepted. Deposits require 50% and it is nonrefundable. No returns accepted unless a written notice given latest 5 days after the purchase and only authorized by Marble Florida.25% Restocking fee and shipping cost will be applied for approved returns, without an exception $35 Fee will be charged for each return check. Past due balances is subject to a finance charge of 5% per month In the event of payment default of any amount due buyers agrees and responsible to pay all the cost of collections, including attorney and court fees.
