Mr. Ali Uyar kindly donated us some very beautiful marble pieces for research purposes at the University of Florida. They were used to insulate a sensitive analytical instrument from vibration. The marble pieces were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition despite the inherently brittle nature of the material.
